Instant Service Notice

Our AI headshot generation is an instant digital content service. Once an order is submitted and generation begins, computational resources are immediately allocated. Therefore, it does not qualify for traditional "unused, refundable" policies.

No Automatic Refunds

Because each generation is a customized digital output, automatic refunds or order cancellations are not supported after purchase. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

Quality Review and Support

We work to provide clear, professional-looking results, but AI outputs can vary based on uploaded photo quality, lighting, angles, facial visibility, and model behavior. If you believe none of your generated headshots are usable, or if the results have obvious technical issues (such as image corruption, failure to produce headshots, severe distortion, etc.), please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving your results. Please include your order details and examples of the issue.

After review, we may provide one free regeneration, credits, technical support, or another appropriate remedy. A refund may be considered at our discretion when there is a clear technical failure or when we cannot reasonably resolve the issue through support or regeneration.

User Responsibility

Please ensure your uploaded photos meet the platform's technical requirements (clear, unobstructed, front-facing, adequate lighting, etc.). If results are unsatisfactory mainly because the uploaded photos do not meet these requirements, the order may not qualify for a refund, though we may still offer guidance or support where appropriate.
