Acceptable Use

You may: Upload photos you own or have permission to use, generate headshots for personal and commercial use, and download and use your generated headshots.

You may not: Upload photos of others without permission, upload inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content, use the service to create misleading or harmful content, attempt to hack or exploit our technology, or share your account with others.

Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance, prices may change with 30 days notice, subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled, refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues, and free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled.

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload, you receive full rights to generated headshots, and you grant us permission to process your photos for service delivery.

Our Technology: We own our AI algorithms and technology, and you may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our software.

Data and Privacy

Your photos are automatically deleted after 30 days, we never use your photos for training or marketing, see our Privacy Policy for full details, and you can request data deletion at any time.

Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but may have maintenance downtime, AI results may vary based on photo quality, we don't guarantee specific outcomes, and some photos may not be suitable for processing.

Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data, or issues beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim.

Account Termination

By You: Cancel anytime through account settings, and data deletion follows our retention policy.

By Us: We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, and we'll provide notice when reasonably possible.
